- 1/4 cup (2.3 oz / 65g) Kahlúa
- 3 large (1.6 oz / 45g) egg yolks
- 1/4 cup (1.8 oz / 50g) granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt
- 1 cup (8.5 oz / 240g) mascarpone cheese
- 1 3/4 cups (12.7 oz / 360g) heavy cream
- 1 (7 oz / 200g) package ladyfingers or savoiardi
- unsweetened cocoa powder
