- 10 oz pork shoulder
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 egg

- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar

- 1 drop red food coloring
