- 125 g water
- 300 g bread flour
- 2 tbsp crushed peanuts and sesame seeds

- 2 tbsp yibin yacai
- 2 tbsp sichuan chili oil
- 20 g sichuan argenqiao chili
- 10 g heaven facing chili
- 60 g rapeseed oil
- 25 g ginger
- 1 whole walnut
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise
- 1 tsp sichuan peppercorns
- 60 g melted lard
- 1/4 tsp MSG
- 1/2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
