Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups espresso
- 16 ounces mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup (60mL) dark rum
- 6 large egg whites
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 40 lady fingers
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
