- 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
- 3 room temperature eggs
- 1 tbsp coffee
- 1 tbsp (15mL) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (200g) light brown sugar
- 1 cup (120g) flour
- 3/4 cup (75g) cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
