- 1 1/2 pounds Boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 30 milliliter Peanut oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 10 g Ginger
- 10 chile Thai dried chiles
- 12.5 g Cilantro
- 29 g Chicken karahi spices (cumin, coriander, garam masala, chile powder, turmeric, black pepper)
- 4 serving Roti
- 1 can Whole Peeled Tomatoes
