- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 tbsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 2-3 Kashmiri red chillies
- a pinch asafoetida
- coriander leaves
